Technology, off-road capabilities and luxury all combine in the brand new special-edition 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel 12.
The latest edition pickup from Ram will offer unique technology never before available on Rebel, including Ram’s Uconnect® 4C with 12-inch screen and navigation.
“Expanding the availability of the segment-leading Uconnect 4C 12-inch touchscreen is a direct response to market demand,” said Jim Morrison, Head of Ram Brand, FCA US LLC – North America.
“Customers have been asking for additional high-end features on Rebel and now we’re delivering with benchmark technology and materials wrapped in off-road capability.”
The new pickup offers next-generation in-car audio entertainment, debuting industry-exclusive SiriusXM with 360L, on-demand content and a personalized listening experience. Owners will get to enjoy their tunes from one of the market’s finest audio systems — Harman Kardon with 19 premium speakers, 900-watt surround-sound amplifier, 10-inch subwoofer and active noise cancellation.
Ram 1500 will continue its reputation as one of the best interiors in its class with the Rebel 12’s leather-trimmed interior with heated front seats and unique metal speaker grilles trimmed in the pickup’s signature Radar Red anodized finish.
In addition to the luxurious interior, the Rebel 12 looks to match its predecessors as a top user experience in the industry. The Ram 1500’s award from WardsAuto was based on user friendliness, infotainment features, sound systems, vehicle connectivity, driver assistance technology, information/displays, system compatibility, voice control, materials and overall value.
Drivers will also enjoy the Rebel 12 when they are wanting to go down the roads less traveled. The new edition pickup is equipped with a factory lift, locking rear differential, 33-inch tires, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, tow hooks and other off-road-ready features. It’s also not too shabby for a tailgate party at your favorite sporting event.
The Ram 1500 Rebel 12 is an available package on all Rebel cab, color and powertrain configurations and arrives in the fourth quarter of 2018.
