Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm whether the vehicle has already been released. Your prompt confirmation helps avoid additional action.
If we are unable to confirm the vehicle’s status, we intend to take necessary steps to recover the vehicle directly from the impound facility, as permitted by applicable law and the terms of your contract, in order to preserve our security interest.
