Mother Nature’s colors would make even Bob Ross proud

Fall is one of the best times to get out and enjoy the talents of Mother Nature. With intense yellows, dazzling reds and an array of vivid oranges, she paints a beautiful picture for the world to enjoy for a few short weeks each year.

The Weather.com foliage tracker says many of the northern-most areas of the country are past the peak of the season. I would argue, however, that now is a perfect time to take a drive and appreciate some of autumn’s most brilliant colors, especially in the northeast. But don’t delay! According to local forecasts, all of this beauty will soon be covered in white.

If you don’t have the opportunity to get out while the colors are still vibrant, here’s a sample of what you missed.
